What counts as a submission?
Every business-idea record submitted through a form or the API counts as one submission. Re-submissions of the same record after review are counted separately.
Can I add reviewer seats mid-cycle?
Yes. Additional seats are prorated from the date they are added. The per-seat rate is $25/month above the seats included in your plan.
What does Enterprise customisation include?
Enterprise plans can be configured with custom data retention periods, specialised review routing rules, and compliance-specific audit configurations. A $500/month minimum applies for custom configurations.
